CCC Returns & Exchange Policy
Thank you for purchasing our products, we have a 30 day return policy, which indicates you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/ exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused with tag still attached. You’ll also need to provide us with an order number as proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us by sending an email to countrychaosclothing@gmail.com or by messaging us via our facebook page.
If your return is accepted, you'll be notified via email with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items that are sent back to us without first requesting a return or submitting a request will not be accepted and your exchange/ refund will not be processed.
Please Note: All return costs are to be covered by the customer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please Note: We may not have your exchange size/style in stock, this may cause delays in your return. You will be notified if this is the case.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method you've used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5-10 business days for a refund to show up on your statements.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted item and accessories.
